You may have to make some adjustments in your browser settings and/or your FTP Software. In most cases this will involve changing the "Passive" mode setting. Some computers need to have it set and other don't depending on your operating system, connection and software

You may have to go to "My Network Places" on your desktop and click on "create new network places".

If you have problems, configure your Internet Explorer browser or WS FTP Pro FTP Software as below:


Launch Internet Explorer, Click: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced (Tab)

If you get "page cannot be displayed" you may have to refresh your browser by clicking "refresh" button, or You MAY have to change "Enable Folder View For FTP" depending on your version of browser or operating system. You may also have to un-check passive mode below if it is checked.

In any event, be sure to refresh after making changes. Also you may have to uncheck "Passive" in some FTP software such as WS FTP & WS FTP Pro. See arrows bellow:
